Joey Xu (Zhudan Xu) is the founder of Mini Mighty Montessori Network. She holds an AMS 3–6 certification and has worked directly in 0–6 classrooms in the United States. Before founding this network, she spent three years teaching in China's public preschool system and co-founded an early childhood organization operating three sites serving over 300 children. She holds 46 ECE units.
