Home childcare is not a typical tenancy. We know that — and we've built the entire program around protecting your property and your peace of mind.

Won't kids cause more wear and tear?

Child-use spaces require specific setups — rounded corners, easy-clean surfaces — that actually preserve the property. Our fit-out standard is designed to protect, not damage. Any modifications are documented and approved.

Who's responsible if something goes wrong?

Two layers of insurance cover the property: LLC commercial liability and the Provider's own policy. You're not dealing with an individual — you have a business entity with documented coverage as your primary leaseholder.

What if the tenant stops paying?

The LLC — not the individual operator — holds the primary lease with you. Providers are vetted, background-checked, and state-licensed. Vacancy risk is significantly lower than a standard residential tenancy.

Your lease is with the LLC, not with an individual. Property concerns, lease matters, and any questions go through us — not through the provider directly.

We've structured the entire tenancy model around property owner protection. These aren't talking points — they're contractual requirements for every site in our network.

Primary lease with the LLC

Tiny Giants Education LLC is your direct tenant — a registered business entity, not an individual. The LLC holds all obligations under your lease.

Dual insurance coverage

LLC commercial liability insurance plus the Provider's own policy. Both are required before any program opens in a property.

State-licensed and background-checked

Every Provider holds a California FCCH license issued by Community Care Licensing and has cleared DOJ and FBI background checks.

Mini Mighty Montessori Network leases property through Tiny Giants Education LLC. Specific lease terms, insurance requirements, and modification protocols are outlined in the lease agreement provided prior to signing.
